Junior Kent Garber is a distance freestyler from Atlanta, Georgia. In his senior year, Kent captained his Riverwood High School team, and was a letter winner all four years of his high school swimming career. As a member of the Dynamo Swim Club, Kent qualified for U.S. Open Meet and Junior Nationals. Kent has also already qualified for the 2004 U.S. Swimming Spring National Championships.

Not only is Kent a hard worker in the pool, but he is academically gifted as well. In addition to receiving numerous scholarships, Kent was class valedictorian in his senior year and a USS Scholastic All-American for three years.
