Kevin Critchlow is from Westlake High School in Thousand Oaks, CA. He swam nine years for Bellevue Club Swim Team in Washington State before joining Conejo Simi Aquatics in California. He qualified for the CIF Division II finals as well as the CIF Masters meet.

Kevin was a Scholastic All-American for swimming. In High School he also played water polo for four years and was the team captain his senior year. He chose Yale for the friendly atmosphere and the great food in the New Haven area.
