2006-07: Competed in all ten tournaments for the Bulldogs with a round average of 75.3... Had four top 10 finishes... Had his best performances when he took third place at the CCSU Invitational and second place at the George Washington Invitational... Academic All-Ivy.

2005-06: Matza's best performance of the 2005-06 season came at the Dartmouth Invitational, where he finished in fourth place... He also tied for fifth at the Yale Spring Opener... At the end of the season, he was named team captain for the 2006-07 season.

2004-05: Matza competed in 10 tournaments for the Bulldogs in 2004-2005 and had a 77.3 average... In the fall, he tied for seventh place at the Lonnie Barton Intercollegiate... In the spring, he tied for 19th at the Yale Spring Opener and tied for 29th at the New England Championships... He was Yale's top finisher at the NCAA East Regional in 2004 with a three-round total of 231 (T 99th).

2003-04: In the fall, he shot a 160 at the Macdonald Cup. In the spring, he shot a 154 at the Yale Spring Opener.

Personal: A graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall, he is in Jonathan Edwards College and is majoring in Biology.
