2007-08: A second team All-Ivy selection... Led the team in rebounding (6.7 rpg.), second in steals (48) and assists (60) and was fourth in scoring (7.7 rpg.)... Finished fourth in the Ivy League in rebounding and steals... Averaged 8.9 rebounds and had 29 steals in Ivy play, which were both the best in the league... His 48 steals tied for the fifth most in a season in school history... Led team with five double-doubles... One of only two players on the team to appear in all 28 games... Started a career-high 13 games... Received the George McReynolds Award as Yale's top defender at the post season banquet... Averaged 14 points and 16.5 rebounds in Yale's road sweep of Dartmouth and Harvard to end the season... Pulled down a career-high 19 rebounds at Dartmouth... 2006-07: Shot 52.4 percent... Finished third on team in assists (52) and blocks (12)... Had six double figure scoring games and led team in rebounding three times... Played a big role in Yale's first season series sweep of Princeton since 1985-86... Had four points, two rebounds and a blocked shot in the final 2:55 of a 43-35 victory over the Tigers at Lee Amphitheater. His basket with 2:55 left snapped a 35-35 tie... At Princeton, his fallaway layup with 10.3 seconds left was the winning basket in a 52-51 victory over the Tigers... Scored 10 points and handed out five assists in home win over Brown... Had six assists and no turnovers in 21 minutes against American... Made his first career start against Allegheny and scored 14 points, all in the second half... Also started against Ohio, Dayton and at Princeton.
2005-06: Appeared in all 29 games... Third on the team in assists (55)... Shot 52.2 percent from the field... In his first collegiate game against Louisiana Tech, scored 13 points. Was 4 of 5 from the field and added four rebounds and two steals in 25 minutes... Against Savannah State, scored 12 points... At Bucknell scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds... Had seven rebounds against Providence... On Yale's trip to Spain, averaged 7.4 points.
Before Yale: The league Most Valuable Player and a second team all-county selection as a senior at Orange Lutheran High School... Averaged 16 points, nine rebounds and four assists as a senior... Scored a season-high 39 points in a 78-67 victory over Duarte...Was the California Division III Player of the Year in volleyball at Lutheran.
Personal: Travis's father, Gregg, was the principal at Orange Lutheran High School.
