Before Yale: Spent one year at the Hun School in New Jersey... At St. John's International School in Belgium, averaged 14 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, four blocks and three steals as a senior... Set the school record for career rebounds (677), assists (590), blocks (331) and triple doubles (7)... St. John's went 89-2 during his tenure, including a 67-game winning streak... Was an All-Europe selection and named the team most valuable player as both a junior and senior... Was a U18 Belgium National Team Invitee.
